There is limited parking, so we ask that when you book our efficiency apartment, only 1 vehicle is allowed.

Check in time is 4pm. However, we will try to accommodate earlier requests on a case by case basis – our cleaning crews dictate when a room is ready. Requests for checking in prior to 1pm will incur an additional $50 charge. Check out time on the day of your departure is 11am. Late checkouts will automatically incur an additional $50 charge. No parties allowed on premises. You will be requested to submit a proper ID for all guests over 18 prior to receiving your door code for check-in.
