The space

PLEASE READ ADDITONAL RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING!

This is a modern city flat located in the heart of Montgomery – with many upgrades and amenities including luxury shower, full kitchen and refrigerator and high speed WiFi! The location is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the attractions of the city and major sites. Very close proximity to many popular restaurants and attractions (see Additional Photos for details).

Guest access

Your host will contact you with code for the main entrance lock and the code to your private unit prior to check-in.

Other things to note

There is limited parking, so we ask that when you book our efficiency apartment, only 1 vehicle is allowed.

Check in time is 4pm. However, we will try to accommodate earlier requests on a case by case basis – our cleaning crews dictate when a room is ready. Requests for checking in prior to 1pm will incur an additional $50 charge. Check out time on the day of your departure is 11am. Late checkouts will automatically incur an additional $50 charge. No parties allowed on premises. All guests will be required to submit a proper ID (if over 18) prior to receiving the door code for check-in.
